We're looking for an Internal Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can drive outbound pipeline for Hire Overseas by booking qualified sales calls, managing targeted outreach, and maintaining a consistent prospecting engine. This role is ideal for someone who communicates exceptionally well, thinks strategically about outreach, and thrives in a structured, metrics-driven environment.
You'll handle outbound messaging, list building, early prospect qualification, and follow-ups -- ensuring our sales pipeline stays active and healthy. You will also take live sales calls, so confidence, clarity, and strong verbal communication are non-negotiable.
