Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and service driven Internal Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy helping people and have a passion for building strong customer relationships, this role is for you! As our Internal Sales & Customer Service Assistant, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company. You will support our sales team, assist walk-in customers at reception and ensure every client receives excellent service from the moment they connect with us. Please take note that this role requires frequent heavy lifting of stock for Customers. Applicants must be physically capable of moving and loading stock throughout the day. o Assist with internal sales processes, quotes, orders, and follow-ups o Provide warm, professional assistance to walk-in customers o Support the reception area when needed, helping with enquiries, stock and directing visitors o Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently and courteously o Build positive customer relationships and provide accurate product information o Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations o Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a similar role o Strong communication and people skills Professional, friendly, and customer focused attitude o Good organisational and multitasking abilities o Computer literacy o Ability to work well in a team and under pressure o Own Transport Position in Meyerton.
