Internal Sales Consultant - Telecommunications (JB5115)
Midrand, Johannesburg
R13 000 - R15 000 plus commission
Duration: Permanent
A fast-growing national wholesaler and distributor in the telecommunications industry is seeking a dynamic Internal Sales Consultant to join their team in Midrand, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and a strong understanding of the telecommunications sector.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification
Previous experience in a sales role or knowledge of the telecommunications industry
Fully computer literate in MS Office and Pastel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical advice and assistance to customers via email and phone
Process orders and create quotations using Pastel
Send quotes, tax invoices, and delivery notes to clients
Assist walk-in customers with purchases
Build and maintain strong client relationships by networking and handling requests
Address and resolve customer complaints
Communicate order progress to customers
Create purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
Assist with inventory forecasting
Arrange courier services
Support the debtors office with account queries
Perform general administrative tasks related to the role
