As an Internal Sales Consultant (Senior), you will be responsible for processing customer orders and efficiently handling inquiries. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships, providing technical support, and promoting products that best suit customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Orders and Enquiries
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
Provide technical support and assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and POs.
Process customer orders and prepare quotations
Administration
Update and manage sales orders, including follow-ups on back orders and deliveries.
Liaise with buyers, product managers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Sales
Drive product promotions and actively pursue sales opportunities with key accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
National Senior Certificate
At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication, customer awareness, and professionalism
