Duties and Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Management
Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
Proactively follow up on leads and quotations to secure orders.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
Order Processing & Administration
Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
Coordinate with logistics/warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity
Support to External Sales Team
Assist field sales representatives with account management.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and client proposals as required.
Product & Market Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the companys product range, pricing, and promotions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide feedback to management.
