Job Summary Our client is seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth by managing customer relationships, processing orders, and providing exceptional sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets, fostering a professional and results-oriented environment Profile .Build and maintain strong client relationships; respond promptly to enquiries; ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams .Generate leads, prepare accurate quotes and proposals, close sales, and identify upselling opportunities .Process customer orders accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company standards .Stay informed on products, services, and market trends to offer the best solutions to clients .Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales reports, and analyse data for insights and opportunities .Work closely with sales, operations, and admin teams to support shared goals and improve customer experience Requirements .Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Admin, or related (preferred). .2-5 years' relevant experience. .Strong sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills .Proficient in CRM and MS Office .Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail. .Results-driven, adaptable, analytical, and team-oriented .Customer-focused with resilience under pressure Kindly note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
