Job Description

Your areas of responsibility:

Daily receiving and processing of orders. Handling of queries and providing timeous feedback to customers. Following up on urgent and important orders. Liaising with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure inter-departmental cooperation and customer satisfaction. Upselling of products to customers based on their chosen items. Maintaining excellent administrative procedures and duties.

Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

Minimum National Senior Certificate. Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration advantageous. 3 - 5 years' customer service experience, preferably in the lubricants and/or automotive industry. SAP knowledge. Fluent in written and spoken English.
