Assist in maintaining sales records.
Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external use.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfilment and shipment.
Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for potential customers.
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
Matric
Certificate or diploma in Business or Office Administration, Office Practice, or related field preferred.
General knowledge of IT networking products.
Excel - minimum Intermediate proficiency.
2-3 years' proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
