Job Summary Responsibilities: - Handle inbound sales enquiries via telephone, email and WhatsApp - Prepare quotations, sales orders and follow-ups - Support external sales representatives with admin and customer communication - Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation - Assist with marketing activities, including advertising, social media posts and promotions - Liaise with customers regarding product availability, pricing and delivery - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Ensure professional customer service at all times Qualifications: - Proven experience in internal sales, customer service, or a related role - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and confident telephone manner - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems - Basic knowledge of marketing principles and experience with social media platforms - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team - Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset - Previous experience in the hydraulic or industrial equipment industry (advantageous but not essential)
