This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition and supporting sales growth through proactive lead generation, customer engagement, and cross-selling of Value Services. It involves maintaining accurate CRM records, delivering high service standards, and ensuring up-to-date product knowledge. The position requires strong collaboration, adherence to company policies, and active participation in operational and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
Develop new customers and generate new leads for internal and external sales representatives
Generate own leads by cold calling and/or working on referrals
Prospect customers, add value to every call, and define call objectives
Sales Support & Customer Growth
Grow existing customer base by understanding their business and cross-selling Value Services
Generate demonstrations of forklifts to support sales efforts
Attend weekly sales meetings to align with team goals
Reporting & CRM Management
Prepare reports and keep management informed
Accurately update ZOHO with all activities and calls
Product & Industry Knowledge
Ensure product knowledge is updated regularly
Maintain professional and technical knowledge
Service Delivery & Standards Compliance
Ensure Value Service levels are maintained according to Standard Operating Procedures
Ensure dress code is in accordance with company SOPs
Maintain housekeeping standards daily
Ensure standards of Health and Safety are maintained
