Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
Matric 3+5 years experience in sales Experience working in FMCG environment Proven customer service or internal sales experience Excellent communication skills Time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills Target driven
Key Duties:
Understand customer needs & close sales timeously. Ensure timely product delivery. Build & maintain customer relationships. Provide accurate info on pricing & stock. Update customer database. Monitor sales & share insights. Manage orders, invoicing, & complaints. Ensure compliance (COC/COA requests) Meet delivery cut-off times. Coordinate collections & redeliveries. Work well under pressure & multitask Ensure all target deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner
