Job Description

The Internal Sales Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the sales function by managing customer accounts, coordinating sales administration, and ensuring the smooth processing of orders from quotation through to delivery. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. Qualifications / Requirements

Grade 12 (matric) - essential



Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a sales administration, internal sales, or customer service role



Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG environments preferred



Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)



Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail



Excellent written and verbal communication skills



Customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term relationships



Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure



Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills
