Job Purpose:
To proactively generate sales and maintain customer satisfaction by handling incoming inquiries, processing quotes and orders, and prospecting for new business.
This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with resellers, ISPs, and IT integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Relationship Management
Handle inbound sales calls and emails professionally and promptly.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients (resellers, ISPs, system integrators).
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services.
Proactively follow up on quotes, leads, and dormant accounts.
2. Order & Quotation Management
Prepare accurate quotations based on customer needs and pricing guidelines.
Process orders through the CRM and stock management system.
Track order status and liaise with logistics for delivery updates.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM.
Assist with credit applications, returns, and warranty claims.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure stock availability and delivery timelines.

Sales revenue vs. target
Quote-to-order conversion rate
Customer retention rate
Average response time to inquiries
Upsell/Cross-sell success rate
CRM data accuracy
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role within IT or technology distribution.
Or someone that has studied IT and is looking for their first role.
Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Preferred:
Familiarity with vendors like Ubiquiti, Reyee, Ruijie,Tenda, Mimosa,Mikrotik, etc.
Experience working with B2B clients, especially in the IT channel.
