Sales Consultant Requirements and Deliverables



Objective:



The Sales Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the granite company by effectively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and promoting the value of our granite products and services. This SOP outlines the step-by-step process to be followed by Sales Consultants to ensure consistent and successful sales operations.

1. Lead Generation:



Utilize various channels, including online research, industry events, and referrals, to generate leads.

Maintain an organized lead database and regularly update it with new prospects.

2. Initial Client Contact:



Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings.

Introduce the company, gauge the client's interest, and schedule an initial consultation.

3. Needs Assessment:



Conduct a comprehensive needs assessment during the initial consultation to understand the client's project requirements.

Gather information about the client's preferences, budget, and timeline.

4. Product Knowledge and Presentation:



Stay informed about the latest trends and features of granite products.

Prepare detailed and customized sales presentations, highlighting the benefits and applications of our granite offerings.

5. Customized Solution Development:



Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address the client's unique requirements.

Present customized proposals and quotations to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.

6. Negotiation and Closing:



Engage in transparent and fair negotiations with clients.

Secure agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined.

Provide clients with necessary documentation for review and signatures.

7. Post-Sale Follow-Up:



Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

Address any concerns or issues promptly and efficiently.

8. Market Research and Feedback:



Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Provide regular feedback to the management team for strategic improvements.

9. Reporting and Documentation:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics and achievements.

10. Professional Development:



Stay updated on sales techniques, industry knowledge, and product advancements.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills.

11. Collaboration with Teams:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R6500,00 - R7000,00 per month
