We seek a motivated and detail-oriented

Internal Sales Support

professional to join our team at

Deli Stationery South Africa

. This role provides essential administrative and customer service support to the sales department, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery. You will be key in managing customer orders, processing quotes, coordinating with other departments, and supporting our sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end sales order tracking and processing

Providing pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale services

Customer issue feedback management

Stock-out registration and feedback, assisting with order planning

Minimum Requirements

Matric Certificate

Previous experience within stationery wholesale industry

eCommerce experience with Takealot, Amazon, OneDayOnly, or similar wholesale experience

Competence in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/CRM systems

Key Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure

Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R6500,00 - R8500,00 per month

Education:

High School (matric) (Preferred)
Experience:

e-Commerce: 1 year (Preferred) sales administration: 1 year (Preferred)
