E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Montague Gardens (Hybrid)
Tues-Thurs in office, Mon & Fri remote
My client is a global organization providing brand and product solutions to retail and digital channels across 70+ countries. They represent over 20 brands in fitness, footcare, and sporting goods categories. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the E-Commerce Director (Ireland-based) and work collaboratively with global teams in 7 countries, supporting operations across the EU5 and emerging markets.
Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years relevant professional
  • Working knowledge of E-Commerce / PIM systems
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and digital content management tools
  • Basic understanding of SEO, keyword optimisation and content audits

  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Confident coordinating across multiple teams, markets, and time zones

Key Responsibilities:
Product Information Management (PIM) Project Support
  • Provide day-to-day support to the PIM owner for loading/managing product data during internationalisation projects
  • Support the integration of product information from multiple inbound sources while maintaining quality control
  • Identify, prioritise, and manage brand product data with input from sales and marketing teams
  • Create, review, and approve product master change requests to ensure data accuracy
E-Commerce Coordination
  • Work with marketing leads to gather assets (documents, images, A+ content) for eCommerce listings
  • Create and update product pages and collections for all eCommerce platforms, including Amazon
  • Refresh and optimise existing product pages to increase conversion rates
  • Maintain content process guidelines and stay current with eCommerce best practices
  • Manage site evaluation, back-end set-up, and daily operations of eCommerce accounts
  • Assist in keyword integration
  • Conduct regular content audits for accuracy, consistency, and keyword optimisation
  • Monitor and update internal content trackers across multiple EU markets (DE, FR, IT, ES, UK, SE, PL, NL)
Marketplace & Customer Support
  • Ensure content is consistent and accurate across platforms
  • Coordinate with 3rd party logistics providers and warehouses for stock movement, order fulfilment, and supply chain requirements
  • Provide knowledgeable responses to product or after-sales queries as escalated
  • Daily monitoring of retailer account health and key metrics; proactively alert team to issues
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding listings or post-sale matters
