Our client is on the hunt for a Internal Controls Manager.
Someone who doesn't just know what "COSO" stands for, but actually gets excited about applying it. You'll lead the charge in designing, refining, and championing controls across the group to make sure everything runs tight, right, and risk-free.
What You'll Be Getting Up To:

• Map, assess and improve control environments across multiple entities (cape and magnifying glass optional)
• Build frameworks that help the business sleep better at night
• Collaborate with Finance, Ops, and Audit to make control everyone's new favourite word
• Identify gaps, fix them, and then brag (politely) about how much smoother things run
• Be the go-to person for turning chaos into calm, uncertainty into action

What You Bring:

• A deep understanding of internal controls, risk management and governance frameworks
• Experience working in group-level or multi-entity environments
• Strong communication skills--because controls mean nothing if no one understands them
• An eye for detail and a brain for structure
• Bonus points if you've got audit, finance or compliance in your backstory
