Job Description
The successful candidate will work alongside the Internal Audit Manager to test controls for compliance and report findings to the relevant stakeholders. Duties:
- Internal and IT Audits to ensure financial operational and compliance objectives.
- Planning and supporting reporting process.
- Pre- and post-review implementation
- Gap/internal IT control analysis and risk mitigation.
- ITGCs, computer controls and cybersecurity.
- General internal audit reviews (from start to finish).
- Continuous auditing (CAATS), data analytics and providing assurance.
- Remediation and follow-up of identified issues.
- Policy and procedure maintenance and review to ensure best practices.
- Stakeholder engagement and management.
- BCom Accounting/Internal Audit/IT
- Honours degree advantageous
- CIA/CISA in progress
- 4 years Internal and IT Audit experience
