Internship Overview
Sun International: Head Office provides a uniquely exciting and memorable internship experience within the hospitality, gaming and entertainment industry. Interns will gain practical insight into day-to-day financial operations while supporting key projects and learning from experienced professionals. The internship programme aims to develop essential skills and prepare candidates for a successful career in finance.
Key Performance Areas
- Co-ordinate financial activities and reporting
- Co-ordinate internal and external financial audits
- Communicate actively with departmental managers/units to review financial activities
- Communicate with the Financial Management and report on revenue and financial position as required
- Grade 12
- Studying towards a qualification in Financial Management
- An internship should be a requirement to complete the qualification
- Valid South African ID
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships.
- Engages professionally.
- Ability to communicate at all levels in the business.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Handle confidential information.
- Preference will be given to employees from the designated groups in line with the provisions of the Employment Equity Act, No. 55 of 1998, SISA internal recruitment policy as well as units employment equity plans.
