Job Description
Job Summary The criteria is as follows: -
- Candidates must have completed a 3-year degree or diploma in IT (i.e. Computer Science/Business Applications etc.)
- An ITIL certification will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, internet
- Candidates must have no criminal record.
- Candidates must currently be unemployed.
- Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program.
- Candidates must NOT be enrolled at any tertiary institution.
- Candidates must live in Gauteng (preferably in the Midrand area) - relocation is NOT an option.
- Candidates must be under the age of 35 as of 1 August 2025
- Candidates must be a South African Citizen (African, Asian, Indian)
- Knowledge and understanding of: -
- Service Desk
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Root Cause Analysis
- Technical Writing skills
- Presentation Skills
- Business writing (reports)
- Scripting (Python, PowerShell, SQL)
- SQL & Data Analysis, Power BI
- Statistical Data Analysis & Reporting
- Problem Solving
- Customer focused
- Attention to detail
- Presentable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
