What youaEUR(TM)ll do:

• The Intermediate Business Analyst (BA will elicit, facilitate, synthesise, and present technical solutions.
• The candidate will use business requirements to drive the design or review of products, test cases, business

process design and define a projectaEUR(TM)s vision, scope, acceptance, and implementation. * The successful candidate will form part of the IT team and report to the Software Product Manager.

• Our ideal candidate can work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into usable

information, which will help to improve systems and processes. * Consult various customers (internal and external) to understand their value chain, structure, functions, and
products and/or services. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

• Challenge the business in their thinking, especially to understand the intent of the business requirement.
• With little supervision, elicit, gather, analyse, document, validate and communicate business requirements (Agile and Waterfall Formats)
• Estimate total project duration based on experience.
• Working closely with Product and Business Owners, work stream Managers and stakeholders in identifying.

Your expertise:

• Minimum of 5 yearsaEUR(TM) previous experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Minimum of 2 yearsaEUR(TM) experience as Intermediate Business Analyst Agile Software development Projects.

• Relevant tertiary qualification/Informatics degree.

Degree / Honours Degree / Business Analyst Diploma, BABOK Certification, Agile Certification * Business Analyst experience in the Retail Industry (Advantageous).
