Service Advisor – Automotive Industry – Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal (Full-Time)
Job Overview
Fast moving volume brand dealership in Umhlanga is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their professional aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and organised individual with strong communication skills and previous automotive dealership experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with service bookings, vehicle updates, quotations, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and assist with service bookings
• Prepare quotations and explain repair requirements to customers
• Liaise between customers and workshop technicians
• Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and repairs
• Ensure accurate completion of job cards and invoices
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a motor dealership
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license
• Traceable references
• Clear criminal record and ITC
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: R18 500 - R19 500 basic (negotiable depending on experience)
