A busy franchised dealership in Umhlanga is seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Warranty Clerk to join their aftersales department.
The successful candidate will have extensive dealership warranty experience, excellent administrative skills, and a strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes.
Key Responsibilities
Process warranty claims accurately and within manufacturer deadlines.
Ensure all warranty documentation is complete and compliant.
Liaise with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers.
Monitor outstanding claims and follow up where necessary.
Maintain accurate warranty records and reports.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as an Automotive Warranty Clerk within a franchised dealership.
Excellent knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Computer literate.
Stable employment history with contactable references.
Clear criminal record and ITC.
