Job Description
*5 Game Lodge & Spa based in Limpopo 100km from Lephalale is looking for an experienced Chef CDP. The successful candidate will be responsible for all the room service orders during night, including the breakfast preparation and all other preparations that have to be done during night. Salary is market related and negotiable depending on experience. Salary is market related and negotiable depending on experience
The candidate should be:
Create and maintain recipes.
Maintain and implement hygiene standards.
Assist with monthly stock takes.
Ensuring that breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared for guest
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in a CDP chef position in a Lodge environment
Strong personality that can think on their feet and work under pressure
Well spoken and well presented individual
Must have grade 12
Must be able to work independently
Formal cooking degree/diploma preferable
Must be able to live-in
