Commercial Truck Parts Sales Manager – Middelburg, Mpumalanga

A well-established commercial truck and bus parts company in Middelburg is seeking an experienced Commercial Truck Parts Sales Manager to lead its sales team and oversee the daily operations of the branch.

This opportunity is ideal for a strong, target-driven leader with extensive commercial truck and bus parts sales experience, excellent people-management skills and the ability to grow sales while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve and grow personal sales targets while expanding the existing customer base.
Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed their targets.
Support the sales team in developing and expanding their customer base.
Manage all general branch employees and drivers.
Oversee and control branch stock levels and stock holding.
Ensure the branch operates efficiently and productively.
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Manage daily branch operations and ensure company procedures are followed.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum of five years’ experience in commercial truck and bus parts sales.
Previous management experience is essential.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Ability to lead and manage the sales team and all other branch employees.
Target-driven with strong sales and customer-service abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Computer literate.
Valid South African driver’s licence.
Willing to work standby and weekends when required.
Must reside in Middelburg or be willing to relocate.

Salary
