Service Advisor - Mbombela
Motor dealership is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor. Salary Market-related, negotiable depending on experience. Plus medical aid and pension fund
Responsibilities:
• Welcoming customers upon arrival
• Opening and closing of Job cards
• Contacting customers to advise on progress
• Invoicing, Maintaining service excellence at all times
• Booking vehicles in and out, Liaising with customers
• General administration, Following up of cash outstanding
• Scheduling of workshops, Following up with Customers
• Maintaining CSI
• Phoning for authorization
Requirements:
• Previous Service Advisor experience
• Matric
• Clear criminal record & ITC
• Traceable references
• Computer literate
