Join our global finance team as an Intercompany Billing Coordinator, where precision, collaboration, and international impact drive every transaction.

As an Intercompany Billing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations between our global entities. This position is at the heart of our international finance function, responsible for executing accurate and timely billing transactions that comply with both internal policies and international accounting standards. You'll collaborate closely with regional finance teams to maintain data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and support key financial processes.


Your day-to-day will involve generating and issuing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining organized records of all intercompany transactions. You'll also contribute to month-end and year-end close activities, assist with internal audits, and help identify opportunities to streamline and improve billing processes. This is a dynamic role that requires precision, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.


We're looking for someone with a background in accounting or finance, ideally with experience in intercompany billing and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP. Key Skills & Competencies:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

: Within billing, accounting, or finance; prior intercompany billing experience is a plus.

ERP Knowledge

: Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is highly desirable.

Excel Proficiency

: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data handling and analysis.

Attention to Detail

: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in processing financial transactions.

Organizational Skills

: Ability to maintain clear and structured records of intercompany transactions.

Communication

: Effective verbal and written communication across departments and international teams.

Adaptability

: Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, global business environment.

Audit Support

: Experience supporting internal audits by providing documentation and explanations.

Process Improvement

: Proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline billing processes.

Multinational Exposure

: Experience working in a global or multinational company is preferred.

Currency & Transfer Pricing

: Understanding of foreign currency transactions and basic transfer pricing concepts is advantageous.
