Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

Analyse integration requirements and define appropriate technical solutions.
Design and document integration solutions, data mapping, and transformation logic.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to ensure end-to-end integration design and implementation.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Participate in system and user acceptance testing.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing integration solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum 35 years experience as an Integration Analyst or similar role.
Proven experience in telecommunications systems and data environments (essential).
Strong knowledge of integration patterns and technologies (e.g., APIs, web services, REST, SOAP, middleware platforms).
Experience with integration tools and platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus, etc.).
Proficient in data formats such as XML, JSON, and related transformation tools (e.g., XSLT).
Solid understanding of SQL and data mapping processes.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
