We are seeking to employ a mature, experienced individual in the field of insurance sales. Your role includes but is not limited to, building and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders and sales teams.
Your core function is to maintain and grow sales output across various product lines.
You will be required to provide guidance, train and mentor sales staff to maintain peak performance throughout the financial year, in a month on month format.
Maintain an environment where members are taught to strive for improving their personal financial wellbeing while meeting company targets.

Previous call centre experience is desired
Minimum 2 years, demonstrable leadership role.
Specifications and Requirements:
Grade 12 Completed
Displays emotional maturity
RE5
Able to travel to Cresta area
Knowledge of insurance related products is advantageous
Articulates fluently in English & Afrikaans (Speak, Read, Write)
Eager to learn and earn
Encouraged by working with a team
Able to present data to all levels of management
Excel experience required
