Key Responsibilities
Conduct non-motor loss assessments across various classes of insurance
Interpret and apply insurance policy wordings accurately
Compile detailed, technically sound assessment reports
Liaise professionally with insurers, brokers, clients, and contractors
Manage administrative tasks efficiently and timeously
Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and claim documentation
Minimum Requirements
Proven previous experience in Loss Adjusting (Non-Motor)
Excellent knowledge and understanding of insurance policy wordings
Own
reliable vehicle

Home-based office setup

Internet connectivity
Computer / laptop
Printer and basic office equipment
Strong
administrative skills

Proficient in
Microsoft Word
and basic computer applications

Qualifications & Experience
Insurance-specific qualifications relevant to technical expertise, such as:
Construction
Engineering
Building / Technical disciplines
Motor Assessing experience will be beneficial
Registration with
ILASA, SAHITA
, or similar professional bodies will be
highly advantageous
