Insurance Intake Specialist (Remote, US Hours 4pm-12am)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Intake Specialist to join our team in a remote position. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and assisting clients with their inquiries and needs. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth intake process for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Conduct thorough intake calls to gather necessary information and accurately document client details.

Assess client needs and determine appropriate actions or referrals.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our services, products, and processes.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.

Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations.

Achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Intake Specialist or in a similar customer service role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns effectively.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient computer skills and experience with customer management software.

Long term commitment

Availability to work remotely during US hours from 3pm to 11pm.
