Insurance: Client Services Executive - POS25209
Location: Roodepoort
Salary: R180,000 - R240,000 CTC per annum + Performance-Based Bonus
A JSE-listed Short-Term Insurance company is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing policies, managing high-value client accounts, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric with an A-grade average, specifically in Mathematics.
- BA or BCom degree.
- Bilingual - Afrikaans and English.
- Excellent academic record in both Matric and tertiary studies.
- Computer literate with strong administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Administer and maintain client policies.
- Handle policy renewals and amendments efficiently.
- Provide exceptional service to high-value key accounts.
- Act as a primary liaison for high-net-worth clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Perform general administration tasks to support client servicing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
