As Instrumentation Technician, youxe2x80x99ll maintain the plantxe2x80x99s PLC and process instruments. Calibration should be your forte, so that instrumentation and measuring equipment us sure to work perfectly! Contribute to process control upgrades and projects to enhance overall plant efficiency. Your expertise will shine in the spotlight as you perform PLC fault finding at the instrumentation level, ensuring operations run smoothly. Youxe2x80x99ll also provide assistance and apply your solid general knowledge of instrumentation, control, operation, and application to contribute to the overall success of the plantxe2x80x99s operations.

To take on this role, youxe2x80x99ll need more than just skills xe2x80x93 a relevant trade test certificate, an N4 xe2x80x93 N6 technical qualification, and a background in industrial instrumentation (bonus points if itxe2x80x99s in the food industry!). Your exposure to PLCs, especially Siemens S7, and knowledge of SCADA systems will amplify your CV.
