Job Description
Young Engineers Instructor Responsibilities:
1. Class Facilitation: Attend scheduled classes to present and teach the prepared lessons effectively.
2. Student Engagement: Ensure that children are actively engaged, enjoying, and participating fully in each lesson.
3. Parent Communication: Maintain open and timely communication with guardians, providing regular updates on student progress.
4. Lesson Planning: Develop engaging challenges, games, and lesson flows to enhance the learning experience.
5. Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback to the facilitator regarding class performance and dynamics.
6. End-of-Term Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive end-of-term reports for parents, detailing student achievements.
7. Event Participation: Lead and participate in holiday camps, birthday events, and other out-of-class activities organized by the team.
8. Adherence to School Guidelines: Follow the principles, rules, and codes of conduct of the respective schools where lessons are conducted.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: R300,00 per day
