Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate the in-store sales team to meet and exceed targets Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction Drive sales performance through effective floor management and upselling Monitor store KPIs and report performance to management Support onboarding and training of new team members Ensure visual merchandising and stock presentation are aligned with brand standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail or in-store sales leadership Strong communication and team management skills Target-driven with a customer-first mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
