Instore Sales Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused In-Store Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice
Demonstrate product features to match customer needs
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Maintain product displays and store presentation
Requirements:
Previous sales or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Target-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
