Job Description
Dauntless Dynasty Marketing is seeking an Instore Sales Consultant to join our team.
As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers who visits our store. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive image of our brand.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for. Provide information about the features and benefits of our products. Answer customer questions and resolve complaints or issues they may have. Meet or exceed sales goals and targets. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
Matric Certificate or Equivalent (NQF Level 4) Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
