Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Installation Electrician (IE) to join our team for electrical and solar installations. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong work ethics, sober habits, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. This role requires someone who is well-spoken, professional, self-motivated, reliable and family orientated.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Installation Electrician (IE) Certificate Valid Driver's License Own reliable vehicle (advantage, but not required) Computer literate (MS Office, email, and basic reporting) 3 - 6 years experience in electrical and solar installations Attention to detail and strong adherence to safety standards Sober habits and professional conduct Well-spoken and professional in communication with clients, team members and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical and solar installations, testing, and commissioning in accordance with SANS and solar installation standards. Complete and issue Certificates of Compliance (CoCs) accurately Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical and solar systems Read and interpret electrical and solar system schematics and drawings Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies Maintain accurate records and reports of all work performed Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, team members, and management Care for and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles
