We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality control tests, ensuring that raw materials, in-process components, and finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity, safety, and compliance across the production process.

Duties and Responsibilities

Quality

Testing of raw materials (sand, paint, polymer, and steel) Verification of Certificates of Analysis of raw materials Verification of paint components Accessory Forming Quality Control Inspections Tile forming Quality Control Inspections Metal pre-treatment testing Monitoring and testing of In-process and Finished Products conformance to specifications and customer requirements Identification and reporting of non-conforming products and raw materials as per works instructions. Defects identification, reporting to relevant parties and recording as per works instructions. Chemical Stock Management Ensure calibration and verification of measuring equipment. Maintain the Calibration Register Raising NCR's, Deviations and Concessions Ensure SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) and housekeeping compliance. Reports any SHEQ incident / accidents immediately as per the SHE system. Uses / ensures the PPE required for the specific tasks or working conditions are used by subordinates. Performs tasks assigned in the SHEQ system

Operational

Comply with work rules, standards, and methods. Take care to minimise waste. Identify and provide feedback on cost saving initiatives within area of control

Stakeholder Relations

Provide specialised technical / professional support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional and organisational objectives. Build, support and maintain interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.

Governance, Compliance and Risk Management

* Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies, and procedures. Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
