• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term client relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma is required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
