Youll be handling high-volume inbound calls and working closely with potential and existing customers to provide information, resolve issues, and close sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and takes pride in delivering excellent service.What Youll Be Doing xf0x9fx93x8b

• xf0x9fx93x9e Answer and manage ~100 inbound calls per day (shared with the team)
• xf0x9fx92xac Handle inquiries related to dumpster rentals, scrap metal quotes and existing customer accounts
• xf0x9fx92xb2 Provide pricing information clearly and accurately
• xf0x9fxa4x9d Identify customer needs and offer the best solution or service
• xf0x9fx94x92 Close incoming sales leads and follow up on quotes to maximize conversions
• xf0x9fx94x81 Transfer calls to the appropriate department when necessary
• xf0x9fxa7xbe Update client information in the system accurately
• xf0x9fxa4x9d Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales and service goals
• xf0x9fx98x8a Maintain a professional and helpful tone in every customer interaction
