Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven

Inside Sales Representative

to manage Prime Source's internal (house) accounts and drive growth through upselling and cross-selling to our existing client base. This role is focused on nurturing client relationships, identifying new product opportunities, and maximizing the lifetime value of current customers.

Role and Responsibilities

:

Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients (house accounts) Develop deep knowledge of client needs, purchasing history, and potential growth areas Proactively identify opportunities to upsell complementary products or services Execute outreach campaigns (email, phone, Zoom) to educate clients on new offerings and promotions Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and client satisfaction Track all activity and pipeline progress in Salesforce or designated CRM Meet or exceed monthly upsell/revenue targets and client retention KPIs Assist in onboarding new house accounts and ensuring a seamless transition to active engagement. Handle other special projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

:

2-4 years of experience in B2B inside sales or account management, preferably in a product-based environment Proven success in upselling or expanding existing customer revenue Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Excel Highly organized and motivated by performance-based goals
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R22000,00 - R30000,00 per month

Milnerton, Western Cape 7441: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred) B2B Inside Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
