Job Description

Job Summary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries
  • Prepare and issue quotations, sales proposals, and order confirmations
  • Search and complete online quotes
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain accurate supplier and customer databases
  • Assist Sales Team with reporting, pipeline tracking and performance summaries
  • Administrative and Compliance Duties:
  • Maintain organized filing systems in accordance with ISO 13485:2016 document control requirements
  • Prepare and compile compliance documents for tenders, regulatory submissions and quality audits
  • Assist in maintaining supplier qualification files and customer records
  • Manage office supplies, stationary orders, and courier dispatch samples or documents
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements and needed
  • Create media and marketing files as required
  • Support management with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide professional and friendly assistance to healthcare professionals and customers
  • Handle product queries, delivery updates, and customer feedback
  • Assist in the coordination of product returns, warranty claims, and service requirements according to company procedures
