Management Level Senior Manager

& Summary A career in Infrastructure and Property, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection, facilities management, and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning.

Our Facilities Management team is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a planned facility management programme that enables all aspects of PwC office space to be maintained at a standard that adheres with current local, state, and federal regulations. Youxe2x80x99ll help provide a safe, clean and functional environment by ensuring the quality of mechanical operating systems, interior structures, assets, and life safety systems for all staff.

Job Profile

Principal Accountabilities

Core Functions:

Service delivery by Department

Manage IFS OPS staff SA.

Control budgets and expenditure (Waterfall City, Secunda Cape Town, Durban) Input and advice to all other sites.

Manage all 3rd party service providers within the IFS OPS space for SA. Compliance updates and IA requirements with OGC and procurement

Manage assets in the Waterfall office and Secunda.

Collaborate with Brand and assist with planning and design new and revamp of SMA offices.

Assist to ensure that all sites are following due process wrt documentation management and appointment of service providers contract management

Travel Management relationship and agreement.

TIC - annual travel insurance review for International and Domestic travel.

Annual Asset insurance renewal

Manage platform for ESG and Net Zero information collation - information utilized for calculation by the Sustainability teams

Ensure management team and staff have access to L&D platforms for personal and business development.

Monthly meetings with COO and CEO

Person Profile

Minimum Qualifications

Matric, 10 - 15 years in Infrastructure Operations

Experience

10 - 15 years in Infrastructure Operations

Key Knowledge and Skills

Professional and proud in appearance and communication skills from lower to executive level

Competent and good understanding of OSHA Act

Strong Financial understanding, Budget Composition, preparation and management

Good understanding of Mechanical & Electrical environment and legislation

Competent in negotiating SLAxe2x80x99s & pricing. Knowledge of industry and competitors.

Good understanding of Human Capital requirements and Labour Law

Good understanding of Business Continuity requirements

Good understanding of the travel management environment

Strong character to be structure driven yet required to be flexible (multi tasking)

Strong interpersonal skills.

Strong ethics, honesty & integrity

Good understanding of ESG and Net Zero requirements
