Qualifications / Experience

• Degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience
• 3-5+ years' IT Infrastructure experience required
• Network certification mandatory
• Agile working experience (Mandatory)
• SASE/SSE Certification required
• Focus on Zero Trust Initiative implementation
• Experience in enterprise-level infrastructure projects

Essential Skills Requirements

• Understanding of Network Architecture and design principles
• Basic Knowledge of SASE/SSE (Secure Access Service Edge/Security Service Edge) Architectures
• Knowledge of Firewalling and VPN Technologies
• Awareness of Zero Trust security concepts and implementation
• Understanding of identity management and security practices
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, CASB, ZTNA, SWG components
• Working with APIs, monitoring and logging tools
• Network policy management and configuration
• 24/7 infrastructure support and standby capabilities
• Technical architecture development for security solutions

Advantageous Skills Requirements

• Experience in Network Infrastructure Projects
• Basic experience with client management systems
• Cloud technologies expertise (AWS, Azure)
• Scripting abilities (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Automation and orchestration tools
• Security compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Incident response and root cause analysis
• Enterprise monitoring solutions
• Documentation and technical writing skills
• Training and knowledge transfer capabilities

Role Requirements

• Develop detailed technical architecture and infrastructure for SSE solutions
• Create comprehensive implementation plans considering dependencies and milestones
• Develop automation scripts and workflows for deployment and configuration of SSE components
• Ensure consistent and reproducible infrastructure deployment processes
• Integrate with existing monitoring systems and establish logging mechanisms
• Implement security measures and policies for SSE environments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards
• Provide support structures for operation of SSE solutions
• Create detailed technical documentation for SSE infrastructure
• Train and support operations team in managing SSE solutions
• Provide technical support during Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for SSE solutions
• Manage internal operations and technical maintenance including platform development
• Provide 24/7 standby support and network policy management
• Provide technical guidance during RFI and RFQ processes
• Develop operational concepts for SSE implementation
• Troubleshoot network and security incidents with root cause analysis and remediation
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders
• Foster collaborative team environment and effective teamwork
• Additional responsibilities as per AWM Charter or department manager direction
