Infrastructure Controller

Brief Description
Maintain the infrastructure of the company premises through general maintenance and inspections according to company standards.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in general maintenance, plumbing, and repairs.
Basic knowledge of XXX-XXXX regulations
Own vehicle and valid driver's license
Knowledge of Karios, Cworks
Good knowledge and understanding of Plumbing
Must have experience in preventative maintenance

General Functions:

• Skills Development:

• Ensure self-development according to business and departmental needs.
• Health and Safety Standards:

• Maintain a clean, uncluttered, and hazardous-free work area with unobstructed emergency exits.
• Maintain personal hygiene standards and take reasonable care for own and colleagues' health and safety.
• Participate and comply with OHS activities and procedures, and report unsafe actions and conditions to the HSE Department.
• Report safety-related hazards and risks to the HSE department.
• Quality Food Safety Standards:

• Maintain cleaning and housekeeping on equipment and work areas according to SOP.
• Practice proper waste disposal.
• Commit to quality and food safety by following the principles defined within SOP.
• Brand Management:

• Project the desired brand image to the public, customers, and other organizational constituents.
• General:

• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
• Work closely with other staff within the department and support colleagues.
• Carry out the company's vision and mission statement by practicing its core values.

Main Functions:

• Infrastructure Operations:

• Perform routine inspections to identify snags for maintenance and minor repairs on buildings and company premises.
• Administrative Support:

Assist with recording, organizing, storing, computing, and retrieving information related to the organization's operations and administration.
