INFORMATION SYSTEM AUDITORS

Ndemex Consulting is seeking for Information System Audit Managers. Practical experience in Information System Audit field is required, as well as great leadership and communication ability. If you meet these criteria and possesses a strategic analytical mind, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Plan, conduct, and report on audits of information systems, applications, databases, networks, and IT operations.

Review system configurations, access controls, change management processes, and IT governance practices.

Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.

Assess the organization's cybersecurity posture, including incident response, vulnerability management, encryption, and authentication processes.

Identify technology risks and evaluate mitigation strategies.

Verify accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data processed through systems.

Review data protection and privacy practices.

Evaluate backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity procedures.

Provide recommendations to improve resilience and reduce downtime.

Prepare clear and concise audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and corrective actions.

Present results to management and follow up on remediation efforts.

Work closely with IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and business teams to gather information.

Provide advisory support on IT-related risks and best practices.

Educational Requirements:

NQF Level 7 in Computer Science/Information Technology/Auditing/Informatics/Cyber security

Professional membership requirements: Membership Certificate of CISA or CISM verification

Experience Requirements: Minimum of 4/5 years in IT Auditing

Demonstrable interest in auditing/finance.

Able to build and maintain strong client relationships.
