Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE
To plan and conduct infection control inspections on contracts in the healthcare industries to determine standard of service delivered and identify potential risk and mange thereon.
MAIN OUTPUTS

• Execute effective quality control inspection planning and conducting of quality control inspection at set frequencies to ensure retention of ISO 9001 Listing and business retention
• Accurate Reporting contract performance and client centricity
• Internal and external client liaison related to planned inspections
• Ad hoc projects implementation
• Effective planning expense control
• Build & uphold the company image through collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve the Environmental, Health and Safety and Quality systems
• Stay abreast with current operational trends through seminars/workshops/training

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
The Applicant must meet the following requirements:

• Nursing Degree
• Matric (Senior Certificate)
• Valid SA Drivers License
• 3 years Infection Prevention inspection experience in Hospitals
• ISO 9001 Management Systems, Root Cause Analysis, Bidvest Prestige cleaning skills in all industries, chemicals and equipment usage
• IT Training (General MS etc.)
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), D365
• Knowledge of OHSC, healthcare standards related to Bidvest Prestige service offerings
