Industrialisation Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the industrialisation of new products, processes, and technologies in line with company strategy and customer requirements. Oversee process development, validation, and optimization to achieve production readiness. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth project implementation. Develop and maintain robust production processes, work instructions, and documentation to meet quality and compliance standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for industrialisation projects. Support customer audits, technical reviews, and product launches.

Key skills:



Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (advanced qualification advantageous). Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in industrialisation or process engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably composites or automotive/aerospace. Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, process optimisation, and quality systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949 preferred). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and deliver within tight deadlines.
