Your mission, roles and responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The IP Graduate supports the Launch Team in the deployment of the manufacturing and engineering activities of the plant and deploys according to Group's policy.
The main missions of the role are to:
Team Management:
Product interface (manufacturability) Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment.
In agreement with the program manager and the PML, technical interface with the customer and the suppliers
According to the PMS, define the plant launch team required resources (workload, competencies and profiles), have it nominated by the Plant Manager and the PM and coordinate its activities. Be in charge of the R@R (Run at Rate) process for his/her programs
Act as the interface between the Program Manufacturing Leader and the plant.
Prototype:
check know-how availability in plant according to requirements and
analyse industrial and technical tasks during prototype build (involving operators from production plant) as part of the MVP (Manufacturing Validation Plan)
Implement all changes related to production system and/or related to the product (as of Engineering Change Management).
Production System Development:
Study, develop in detail, validate, release and set-up the complete Production System of the program using group standard lean Capex methodologies: process flow charts, work combination Table, PFA (Process Functional Analysis), layout (SWC), equipment and tool definition and interfaces, material and information flow diagram in accordance with the Group standards and program objectives.
Participate in the achievement of Process, Equipment and Facility FMEA.
Coordinate installation and launch of all production equipment and tooling
Production launch:
Under the PML supervision, the PPTL carried out the following activities at his/her plant level
Manage the Production Part Approval Process (including Run @ Rate: Production Trial, Mass Production Trial and Extended Mass Production Trial).
Manage the production launch in the plant.
Support the Production Ramp-up
Targets and reporting :
Achieve all manufacturing program objectives in his/her plant (Quality ,Costs, Delivery, Performance) such as Process and Machine Capabilities, MPM, PPM and Scrap rate, CAPEX, Amortized costs, Added value, Material Cost, Logistics costs, Gross Margin, Start-up costs.
Apply PMS/Engineering Change Management/ Faurecia Manufacturing tools and standards.
Ensure that manufacturing milestones are passed successfully and on time.
Report on a monthly base the progress of his activity (3PR level 2, PLR).
Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:
B-Tech or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Power Point, Word
Strong written and oral communications skills
Results-oriented, committed team-player
Willingness to grow in a high-pressure environment
International mindset
Fluent in English
Available to commence work immediately if successful
Age between 18-35
Never been registered with the Y.E.S Youth Program before
